Global Health spokeswoman Margaret Harris said that the organization recommends continuing vaccination with the "AstraZinca" anti-corona virus, during the investigation into the causes of blood clots when using the vaccine.
Harris added, in a press briefing: "The position of the European Medical Agencies Committee on Monitoring and Risk Assessment is that the benefits of this vaccine are still more than the risks. We also have a local WHO advisory committee on vaccine safety, which is assessing the safety of all vaccines. These institutions are currently studying and evaluating reports on AstraZeneca vaccine, and after we have a full understanding, a decision will be made.
Harris indicated that Denmark, Iceland and Norway have stopped using the vaccine, as a precaution. And she noted that the conversation is about a separate group of this vaccine.
