Zidan discusses election procedures with the European Union mission

The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Dr. Fayeq Zidan, met the head of the European Union delegation, Martin Hutt, accompanied by the team assigned to monitor the procedures before the upcoming elections and their results.

A statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "the two sides discussed the role of the judiciary in scrutinizing the appeals that respond to the election results."
