Ministry of Health and Environment confirmed that all health services are provided free of charge in health institutions.
The ministry's spokesman, Dr. Saif Al-Badr, said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that he "notices some calls to collect donations to treat the wounded or others, and that the Ministry of Health confirms that all basic health services, the most important of which are emergencies, are free on a daily and regular basis," pointing out that "These services are provided in all health institutions in Baghdad and the governorates completely free of charge."
