The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, discussed today, Thursday, with the delegation of the Kurdistan region radical and sustainable solutions, including the financial budget.

The media office of the President of the Republic said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received, in the Peace Palace in Baghdad, the co-chair of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Lahore Sheikh Genki, and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in the House of Representatives."

He added, "The meeting discussed political developments in the country, as it was stressed the need to adhere to constructive dialogue and the serious desire to meet the citizens' demands in accordance with the principle of not involving the people's strength in political disputes, in order to reach radical and sustainable solutions that include the financial budget, and the issue of the salaries of the region’s employees as A constitutional right that preserves the rights of the Iraqi people.
