PM directs to facilitate the transactions of people with special needs

 Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi directed to facilitate the transactions of people with special needs.

 The spokesman for the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, Haider Majeed, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi directed the opening of a special window in all government institutions to facilitate the transactions of people with special needs, and for the Ministry of Education to complete the education of people with special needs, and to recognize their certificates,  Especially those who possess talent and competence. "
