Wasit - INA
Wasit Governorate confirmed today, Thursday, that its share in building schools within the agreement between Iraq and China amounts to 76 schools, explaining that this number will contribute to reducing pressure on schools.
The deputy governor of Wasit, Nabil Shamma, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the share of Wasit governorate is 76 schools within the memorandum of the Iraqi-Chinese agreement," noting that "this number may increase."
He added, "There are efforts to obtain 125 new buildings for schools within the memorandum due to the great need for school buildings that the governorate suffers from."
