Rashid on Victory Day: We reaffirm the unification of the national ranks and support for security efforts

President of the Republic Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid, reiterated today, Monday, the unification of the national ranks and support for security efforts and joint work to consolidate the security of the homeland to confront any potential threats.

The President of the Republic said in a tweet on the (X) platform - followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "On the Day of Victory over the terrorist ISIS gangs, we extend our congratulations to our people and the heroic security forces with all their formations, the army, the police, the Popular Mobilization Forces and the Peshmerga, remembering with reverence and loyalty the pure blood of our martyrs, and the fatwa of the supreme religious authority that mobilized the forces of the people."

He reiterated the emphasis, "on the unification of the national ranks and support for security efforts and joint work to consolidate the security of the homeland to confront any potential threats, and work to reduce tensions and enhance stability in the region."
