The University of Iraq signed a bilateral memorandum of understanding with the Spanish University of Juan Carlos, today, Friday, which included many paragraphs related to educational and academic aspects.
The Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Today, in Madrid, a bilateral memorandum of understanding was signed between the University of Iraq and the Spanish Juan Carlos University, in the presence of the Minister of Transport, representing the Prime Minister."
The statement added that "the memorandum included many paragraphs related to educational and academic aspects, including joint scientific research, exchange of visits by professors, and programs for postgraduate and undergraduate studies for both parties."
It pointed out that "the memorandum of understanding included the exchange of scientific publications and evaluation of research to consolidate areas of common understanding, and achieving its academic goals that students aspire to, in a way that enhances scientific cooperation."
