The Islamic Resistance - Hezbollah announced on Saturday that it targeted the settlement of Kiryat Shmona and the occupied city of Safed with rocket salvos.

"In support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, in support of their valiant and honorable resistance, and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance targeted the settlement of Kiryat Shmona for the second time with a rocket salvo," said a statement by Hezbollah - followed by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

Hezbollah added in a second statement that "in support of our steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, in support of their valiant and honorable resistance, and in defense of Lebanon and its people, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance targeted the occupied city of Safed with a rocket salvo."
