PM: We reject some candidates’ exploitation of the social protection file in elections

    Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani confirmed today, Sunday, his rejection of some candidates exploiting the social protection file in the elections.
     
      Al-Sudani said in a speech during his visit to the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): “Many cases were reported during the electoral by some candidates by making a phone call to those included in social protection salaries and barter them in exchange for their electoral cards.”
    He added, " These cases are considered corruption cases, which are greater than a breach in a project or tender that results in billions of dinars."
