The International Criminal Court issues an arrest warrant against Putin

The International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The court said the arrest warrant came in connection with accusations against Putin of war crimes in Ukraine.

Meanwhile, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement that "for Moscow, the decisions of the International Criminal Court have no meaning, including from a legal point of view.".
