Iraq condemns the Zionist occupation storming on Jenin in Palestine

Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the Zionist occupation's storming on the city and camp of Jenin, Palestine.

"The Iraqi Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemns the Zionist occupation's storming on the city and camp of Jenin in Palestine, which resulted in the death and injury of a number of Palestinian citizens," said the ministry's spokesman, Ahmed Al-Sahhaf, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.

Al-Sahhaf expressed the ministry affirmation of the solidarity of the government and people of Iraq with the people of Palestine, "W demand an end to the hostile attacks on those who are safe there."

He stressed, "We renew our firm and principled position on the Palestinian cause, which was and still is a pivotal issue."
