Prime Minister Muhammed S. Al-Sudani directed on Saturday, the preparation of future plans to support the Iraqi national team in the next championships.
"The Iraqi state has proven that it is capable of hosting tournaments, and the success of the Arabian Gulf Cup 25 came after complete determination and preparation. The national team winning the Gulf Cup 25 tournament is an unprecedented state of popular cohesion," said Al-Sudani in a speech addressing the players of the Iraqi national team, on their winning in the Gulf Cup 25, which was held in Basra, followed by the Iraqi News Agency - INA.
PM Al-Sudani highlighted, "The government will pay great attention to the sports sector, especially the national football team, in addition to supporting all other sports sectors."
