PM directs to propose laws and development projects that advance the reality of culture

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi directed the proposal of laws and development projects that advance the current reality of culture.

The Media Office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement,  that "Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi visited the Ministry of Culture today, and chaired a meeting of its advanced administrative and technical cadres, in the presence of the Minister of Culture, Hassan Nazim."

  "Al-Kadhimi listened to the problems , and required and needs, reviewed the progress of implementing the ministry's programs, and the obstacles facing its work in the administrative and technical aspects, and directed overcoming these obstacles, and providing everything that facilitates the ministry's work in implementing its programs successfully and effectively."

Al-Kadhimi stressed, according to the statement, "the necessity of giving the cultural aspects of our society the utmost importance, as cultural production constitutes the most important vital signs of society, and its means of expression and consolidation of the brotherly Iraqi identity," directing "attention to culture and intellectuals, and the need to propose laws and development projects that advance the current reality of culture, as a basis for the advancement of societies.
