The most prominent decisions of the Council of Ministers in today's session

    Cabinet Spokesman and Minister of Culture Hassan Nadhim clarified today, Tuesday, the most prominent decisions of the Council of Ministers and government positions that emerged from today's session, while Minister of Youth and Sports Adnan Darjal revealed two decisions related to the national team and 25th Gulf Cup in Basra.
     
    Nadhim said during a conference that followed the cabinet session today that "the prime minister calls for no bloodshed and unification the political forces at the table of real dialogue.
     
    He added, "The government works to protect citizens and institutions and is not drawn into violence at all. It is ready to support real dialogue and stand with our people in these difficult days."
     
    Regarding the decisions of the Council of Ministers in today's session, he explained that "the Council of Ministers hosted the deputy of the joint operations to discuss the situation on the Iraqi-Turkish borders and decided to finance the joint operations to build security points on these borders."
     
    He continued, "The Council of Ministers decided to sell more than 58 thousand residential plots of land to citizens, especially those with limited income, and also decided to authorize the Baghdad Municipality to implement projects in the capital with its own cadres."
     
    In turn, Minister of Youth and Sports Adnan Darjal confirmed that "the Council of Ministers decided to fund the Football Association with 3 billion dinars to support the national team, as well as transfer amounts from the operating budget of the petrodollar to support Gulf Cup 25."INA
