Iraq judo team delegation arrives on Tuesday, To Oman for participation in Arab Championship which will be held in the capital, Amman.
Iraq Judo Association said in a statement, received by Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "The delegation of the national judo team arrived in the Jordanian capital in preparation for participating in the Arab Judo Championship for men's, women's, youth, cubs and teams at the Arena Hall at Al-Ahliyya Amman University in the Jordanian capital, Amman, during the period from 23 to 26 March.
The statement added, "The coach of the Iraqi national team, the Tunisian Anis Lunefi, chose 10 players to represent the advanced category, who are: Hussein Ali Hussein, Shehab Abdel Wahab, Ali Atallah, Yasser Khudair, Soran Sabah, Hamza Sobeih, Sajjad Ghanem, Hussein Talib, Mustafa Kadhiem and Mohammad Fawzi, while he chose two players to represent the youth category, who are both Abbas Falah and Mortada Saad.
It’s to be mentioned ,The Iraqi team had entered a joint training camp with the Iranian and Tunisian teams in the capital, Baghdad and Karbala, in preparation for the Arab Championship.
