Iraqi Minister of Industry Manhal Aziz al-Khabbaz announced today, Monday granting entry visa to all Lebanese for a period of 6 months.
Al-Khabbaz said in a joint press conference with his Lebanese counterpart, George Bushkian, attended by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "Iraq needs the pharmaceutical and food industries from Lebanon and to benefit from the marketing methods."
In turn, the Lebanese Minister of Industry, George Bushkian, announced that "Prime Minister Najib Mikati is preparing to visit Iraq at the head of a ministerial delegation," noting that "this visit comes to put the final touches on the integration agreement between the two countries."
Bushkian stressed that "The volume of industrial and commercial exchange between Iraq and Lebanon is currently 140 million dollars," expecting "to reach one billion dollars."
