Al-Rubaie: Our meeting with the joint Kurdish delegation came as a continuation of great understandings

The first deputy head of the political body of the Sadrist movement, Nassar al-Rubaie, confirmed today, Friday, that the meeting with the joint Kurdish delegation came as a continuation of great understandings for a long time. 

Al-Rubaie said in a joint press conference at the headquarters of the political body of the Sadrist movement and followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the positions are unified regarding the parliament session next Sunday," noting that "the meeting with the joint Kurdish delegation came as a continuation of great understandings for a long time." 

For his part, the head of the joint delegation, Hoshyar Zebari, confirmed that "the visit to the political body of the Sadrist movement took place during a friendly and frank meeting about the post-election benefits," noting that "the dialogue with the Sadrist movement is very useful and everyone is required to take advantage of the opportunity." 

Earlier, the joint Kurdish delegation representing the two parties, the Democratic Party and the Patriotic Union, arrived at the political body of the Sadrist movement.
