Salih renews the importance of fight against corruption 

President Barham Salih reiterated the importance of good governance and the fight against corruption. 

Salih said in a tweet to him, which was followed by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "On Kurdistan Flag Day, we relive a long struggle for freedom and dignity, and salute the sacrifices of the Peshmerga made side by side with the sacrifices of Iraqis to get rid of tyranny, oppression and terrorism, and ask to live in peace." 

He added: "The greatest appreciation and loyalty to the martyrs is to unite the forces of our people to consolidate good governance, achieve justice and combat corruption."
