Defense Minister Juma Anad Saadoun discussed on Sunday with the director of the Office of Security Cooperation in Iraq the training, arming, equipping and developing the army's capabilities.
"Defense Minister Juma Anad met with the director of the Office of Security Cooperation in Iraq and his delegation to discuss the prospects for military cooperation and coordination," the ministry said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
"The meeting also discussed a number of future axes and plans to support security forces at the level of training, arming, processing and developing the army's combat capabilities," the statement said.
