Prince of Kuwait congratulates Salih and prime minister on elections success

The Prince of Kuwait, Nawaf Al-Sabah, sent two telegrams of congratulations to the President of the Republic, Barham Salih and Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi, on the success of the elections in Iraq.  

In his cables, the Emir of Kuwait praised what the elections witnessed in terms of popular participation and the Iraqi people's keenness to perform their national duty to choose their representatives in Parliament, wishing the Iraqi people progress and prosperity.
