PM meets the Pope at Baghdad airport

Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi met today, Friday, Pope Francis at Baghdad International Airport.
The correspondent of the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "Al-Kadhimi met the Pope, who arrived in the capital, Baghdad, on the first visit of the Pope of the vatican to Iraq."
The Pope’s visit includes a meeting with the President of the Republic and a visit to Najaf to meet with Al-Sistani and a visit to the city of Ur in Dhi Qar.
