Today, Sunday, the Rusafa Health Department announced that there are four factors that have contributed to the increase in the number of cures from the Coronavirus, while confirming that it is not possible to live with the virus, until a vaccine is approved to eliminate it.
The director of public health in the department, Bashar Abdul Latif, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "The reasons for the increase in the number of cures throughout Iraq are due to several factors, foremost among which is the medical and health staff, as they have the ability to deal with all patients, as well as the entry of medicines. New treatment and increasing citizens' awareness of dealing with disease. "
He added, "The fourth factor is that the virus has become less severe than it was at the beginning of the pandemic, according to the findings of virologists."
He pointed out that "the percentage of hospitalizations is few, because most of the injured are treated and quarantined at home, and not to review health departments and hospitals designated for isolation, except in critical cases that require health intervention and intensive care."
He stressed, "It is not possible to live with Corona, as the virus exists and continues, until an approved vaccine is found to eliminate it."
